Spring is here!

earlyshearingLarry and granddaughter Hannah take advantage of a cold but sunny day to do some corrective shearing on these 5 year old Fraser Fir christmas trees. These trees will still need to be hand shaped every year until they are ready for harvest in 3 to 5 years. Shearing is normally done in July. We are eagerly awaiting the arrival of this years Christmas tree transplants. Last year we planted trees in a late March snow flurry!
